Before embarking on his design career in the 1960s, Italian designer Vittorio Introini spent years studying architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. The influence of this period can clearly be seen in the sweeping lines, curves and arches of the P60 lounge chair and ottoman, created as part of his Proposals collection for furniture producer Saporiti.
The chair and its accompanying ottoman are both in great condition, having recently been reupholstered in a brown-black long pile mohair velvet from France.
