Items are vintage and therefore sold as seen, described or recommissioned.
We always attempt to describe any faults, but customers should expect some signs of age and use and are advised to request a detailed condition report ahead of purchase.
Béton Brut cannot guarantee the future lifespan of previously used goods.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for a full refund if returned in sold and saleable condition, excluding all associated delivery and install costs. Items may also be available for part exchange in this time. No refunds or exchanges accepted on made-to-order contemporary design, or on upholstery or restoration commissions.
Hirers are responsible for all goods from the moment they leave Béton Brut premises until they are returned there. Items must be returned in lent condition within the agreed timeframe or further charges will be incurred.
Hirers are responsible for insuring hired goods and are fully liable for any losses, theft, damages, repair costs and diminished value up the full ‘item value’ stated in the hire invoice. Béton Brut is not responsible for image usage or issues relating to copyright.
If hiring or using props onsite at our premises, hirers are liable for all props used for the duration of the location hire.
Items are owned by Béton Brut until all money has been received and the goods have left the premises.
All our lighting is rewired and PAT tested unless otherwise stated. All electrical items should be fitted by a qualified electrician.
Upholstered items that do not meet current fire regulations must be appreciated as a work of art from a safe distance.
