Scalloped tin plinth with lamp

A piece of distinctly classical proportions, this column-like antique plinth was produced in tin to suggest the heft of marble. A decorative veining effect completes the illusion. Included is a neoclassical table lamp that pairs a decorative body composed of distinct sections with a square plinth-style base. The lamp is much later, dated Millenium, but together they make a theatrical set-piece.

Two holes to the top of the plinth. The lamp was recently rewired with a twisted cord flex and PAT tested to UK standards. The pleated cream shade is included, with minor age spots and discolouration.
