Black lacquered octagonal plinth

An unusual lacquered column or plinth with a geometric character. Each octagonal column sits on a circular base, and is crowned with a weighty lipped marble top with chamfered detail. Can be used with or without marble top. 

The columns have been recently restored, with the wood refinished in the original gloss black. There is some wear to the marble surfaces, but no obvious chips of fissures.
