Mario Bellini Area floor lamp

Italian architect Mario Bellini (1935-) is well known for creating powerful, thoughtful and creative pieces of design. The long sleek stem of the Area floor lamps supports a ruffled shade, reflecting that of a flower in bloom. The head and shade of the lamp is fixed to a joint, allowing for the direction of the light to be adjusted. Prioritising equally function and design. 

In good condition with some wear to the metal base and some minor discolouration to the parchment shade. Rewired and PAT tested to UK standards. Matching table lamps are also available.
