Mario Bellini Le Bambole three seater sofa

Designed by Mario Bellini in 1972, the Le Bambole sofa is an icon of Italian design. Made by B&B Italia, this three-seater sofa boasts a cushioned form that seeks to comfortably envelop its users. The Le Bambole collection garnered critical acclaim, earning the prestigious Compasso d’Oro award in 1979. The design has soared in collectability over the past decade.

Milanese architect Mario Bellini (b.1935) is one of our greatest living designers. His instinct for creating monumental pieces of design with distinctive architectural character has won him eight Compasso d’Oro awards and the Gold Medal for Lifetime Achievement by the Triennale di Milano. 

Currently available in an off-white cotton canvas. The piece can be reupholstered in a long-pile alpaca wool upon request (pictured), at no additional cost.
