Hank Kwint KW-1 marble coffee table

An elegant piece of minimal  Dutch design from the early eighties. Reminiscent of Poul Kjaerholme’s work the simple construction consists of a metal frame which rests on top of a contrasting  marble base. The original glass top is a hefty two centimetres thick.

A prolific and in our opinion under rated designer this was Kwint’s first piece that went into production. Hence the name KW-1. The table came in a number of colour and size variations. We also have the granite base version in stock.

The table is in good vintage condition with only age related marks to the base and light scratching to the top, one edge is chipped. New glass could be cut on demand.
