Ayala Serfaty Morning Glory lamp

Aqua creations, taking inspiration for their name from the sea where all life started, the design atelier was founded by photographer Albi Serfaty and artist Ayala Serfaty in 1992. Across the atelier’s designs you can see how forms are also inspired from the organic shapes found in nature. The Morning Glory floor lamp being no exception, crushed silk and metal body blooming out of the ground like a mushroom from the forest floor.

The silk is in good vintage condition, with some age discolouration and minor markings. The silk has slightly come away from the metal frame in places but the metal structure remains in good vintage condition. Recently rewired and PAT tested to UK standards.
