The result of fruitful collaboration between husband and wife Andries Van Onck (1928–2018) and Hiroko Takeda (b. 1945) this distinctive design remains the de facto height-adjustable table.
The mechanism relies on a network of connecting steel tubes that spread or contract as the table is manually lowered or raised. Ideal for flexible spaces or changing family needs, it’s topped with a simple plastic top with a chamfered edge.
Signed underside. In good vintage condition, with fully functional mechanism and minor surface wear.
