Originally trained as an architect, Laura de Lorenzo spent years in industrial design before creating the ‘Ponte d’Acqua’ dining table. The influence is clear: precise lines, proportion, and a quiet rationality of form. Named after a bridge over water, the piece reflects its namesake through subtly fluted glass — a surface that catches the light like ripples.
Made of lacquered metal and crystal glass, the ‘Ponte d’Acqua’ was one of the first tables editioned by Pallucco, the Italian designer and editor behind works by Gio Ponti, Rei Kawakubo and Shiro Kuramata.
