German designer Jörg Schellmann forgoes the conventions of interior furniture design and instead creates robust pieces that would seem more at home in industrial or commercial spaces. This includes his Split Shelf, which comprises an angular block of aluminium divided by a single line.

The piece is in good condition with minor surface scuffs from use, marked with a Schellmann Furniture Label.
