A low Japanese table with a sturdy construction and pleasing visible grain. Constructed from charred cedar using the art of Shou Sugi Ban, it has a versatile blackened tone. Cedar is the wood of choice for this ancient preservation technique thanks to its capacity to achieve a deep burn.

In good vintage condition, with no colour deterioration or significant chips.
