The restrained and elegant Porsenna table lamp was made by Vicco Magistretti for Artemide, Italy. A white-painted crackled metal stand supports a semi-conical opalescent shade. A good quality of light is cast through the polythene sheet diffuser, which is curved and stretched by two rods diagonally fixed to the ends of the metal support.

The paper shade is the original shade, with time it has lost stiffness. The metal stand and hardware has some marks and patina. Pending rewiring and PAT test.
