Pair of curved banana skirted sofas

A pair of curved sofas, newly reupholstered with custom linen skirts. We are at once reminded of 1940s banana sofas traditionally made by cabinetmakers in Denmark, as well as the custom pieces imagined by designer Tamsin Johnson in her Woollhara residence. Their beautiful organic curves, create an enveloping structure for the sitter, the lines given more character by the addition of skirting.

The sofa has been recently reupholstered in beige linen, thereby in excellent condition. They can be sold separately.
