Pair of alabaster wall sconces

This pair of large rough-hewn alabaster wall sconces have a great presence to them. They are made from thick pieces of alabaster stone with rough-cut edges and chisel marks. Alabaster is known for its ethereal translucence, allowing light to glow through its surface. Reclaimed from a former Alabaster producer in Catalonia. Supplied without electrical components. Can hook in front of wall channelled lighting. Or great as sculptures.
