H Fillekes Magneto Floor Lamp

A beautiful and rare Magneto lamp designed by H Fillekes. The lamp was only produced for a for a short period by Artifort from 1954-1958. There weren’t many made and they were assembled by hand.  Excellent condition for its age – minor usage marks and slightly tarnished metal. There are some scratches around where the stem of the rod attaches to the ball joint and some paint loss where the stem meets the hood. An exceptional piece of Dutch modernism. A statement piece.
