Garouste & Bonetti Fourches side table

Elizabeth Garouste (1949 -), a former costume designer and Mattia Bonetti (1952 -), a photographer, collaborated on experimental furniture. Using classical materials such as wrought iron and terracotta they focus on creating timeless pieces with strong lines and sleek shapes.

‘Fourche’ means to have the ends forked or branched. The Fourches side table mimics this action featuring slender pieces of wrought iron, branching off to support and hold the glass top. In good vintage condition. Inscribed with artists’ monogram and editor’s cipher.
