‘Visa Versa’ floor lamp

The ‘Visa Versa’ floor lamp is raised on a black metal tapered plinth, leading to a cage like structure. Allowing for the shade to be placed both as a up and down light, making for a versatile lamp.

Illums Bolighus, was originally founded in 1925 under the name of BO by Danish entrepreneur Kaj Dessau. In 1941 the store was then purchased by the Illum, Berg, and Trock-Jansen families, who also owned the A.C. Illum A/S department store, it was renamed Illums Bolighus A/S.

In good vintage condition with light patina and wear in accordance to age and use. Labelled ‘7089’ and stamped ‘FLB’. The shade is later.
