Pierre Chapo S28 dining chairs made from solid elmwood, designed in 1972, produced late 20th century. Matching extendable round-to-oval dining table also available. The S28 was inspired by Chapo’s travels to Alsace. He wanted to reinvent a typical Alsatian folk chair, without its decorative elements. The back is made of a single piece of wood shaped like a shovel, the legs are angled and tapered. Completely restored and in excellent condition.
