This wooden drinks trolley captures the prevalent aesthetic within Italy during the 1950’s. Formed from a simple metal wire frame on casters, with rope cord handle and wooden shelves. The particular trolley is slightly unusual for the time in that it shape embraces very few curves. These rationalist lines and material choices hint at the body of work produced by the hugely influential Italian architect, Franco Albini. This trolley is in good vintage condition. The wheels all work smoothly and the rope work around the handle is intact. The wooden trays can be refined upon request.
