This eye-catching design by Jan Ekselius for J O Carlsson achieves both comfort and aesthetic . The strong profile is formed of a single wave constituting legs, seat and backrest. The construction technique, using a tubular steel frame with elastic webbing and thermo-molded foam, provides strength while maintaining a crisp thin body. The piece is reupholstered in luxurious short pile velvet from HBF textiles. It was chosen, as the nap doesn’t create marks as much as other velvets. Scotch guarded for extra protection.
