Béton Brut are ‘in residence’ at the Paul Smith London flagship shop in Mayfair.
With an official launch for London Design Festival in 2022, No. 9 Albemarle Street became Béton Brut’s central showroom to showcase its collection of vintage furniture and artworks.
Curated by design dealer Sophie Pearce, Béton Brut evolved its monochrome palette and embraces colour, in direct response to Paul Smith’s signature vibrancy.
Located in the dedicated furniture and art space at Paul Smith’s Albemarle Street lower ground floor, the edit of works from the 18th to the 20th century are refreshed regularly. The selection including lighting, seating, desks, screens, sculptures and more, have been hand-picked with the unique Mayfair space in mind.
The residency, set to be a long-term arrangement, reflects Paul Smith’s lifelong appreciation for design and interiors and follows the recent launch of his brand’s own homewares collection and home fragrance launch.
