This large black terracotta Cosi pot was crafted in the village of Quart in the Girona region of Catalonia in the 1800s. Its original function was to contain wine or olive oil. It possesses a beautiful, organic form, and a dusky matte patina akin to volcanic rock. Perfect as a vase for dried flowers or a beautiful object. It has an opening diameter of 17cm.
