Achille Castiglioni (1918-2002) holds a position of paramount importance in twentieth-century Italian design. Among his influential and pioneering designs are the legendary Arco floor lamp and Taccia table lamp. The Servomanto coat hanger was designed for Zanotta in 1985. The stand is practical yet still possesses a sculptural beauty to it, branching out and twisting like a tree. An ideal resting place for coats, hats or bags.

In vintage condition with some wear and marks to the painted metal surface.
