Globe floor lamp designed by Aldo van den Nieuwelaar for Domani Designs, in Holland in 1967. The lamp was the very first design by Nieuwelaar, before he opened his own studio in 1969. Made from lacquered tubular metal, it has a matt opaline glass globe, which emits a pleasing ambient light. These lamps are very hard to find because they were made in small production numbers. Good original condition, besides some minor losses and surface scuffs to paint work.
